Sales & Marketing Manager

What are you going to do?

In this broad role you will be responsible for the sales & marketing strategy for Duynie Feed Europe. You contribute to our main goal being the market leading co-product feed company in Europe.​​​ You will report to the CCO of Duynie Group. In more detail:

• Develop and implement a European commercial strategy: Positioning, Digital and Performance KPIs;
• Conduct market research and analysis in order to take full advantage of commercial opportunities;
• Conduct customer engagement analysis and set strategy & actions to improve;
• Monitor performance of commercial activities (specifically multi-business opportunities) across Europe;
• Guide & support the Duynie Feed Business units on commercial decision making;
• Set/manage the strategy & direction for the marketing & communications activities for Duynie Feed Europe + Manage 1 Marketing Communications Manager Duynie Feed Europe.

About Duynie Feed

Duynie Feed is an international livestock feed company, specializing in sustainable feed solution throughout Europe. Duynie Feed markets co-products supplied by the food, beverage and biofuel industries.

With more than 50 years of experience in the sales of the co-products the afore from mentioned sectors into the animal feed market, Duynie Feed is responsible for selling over 6 million tons of mainly moist and liquid co-product per year. Duynie feed distinguishes itself in the feed industry for best in class service towards customers but also suppliers, whom we guarantee reliable side stream flow management, full support in coproducts quality control and improvement, always looking to explore and implement the best value added solutions.

What will you bring?

• Bachelor’s or Master degree;
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial position;
• Flexible; home office, travelling. Prepared for travel to multiple countries across Europe. Easy access to an international airport is an advantage.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the agri-food sector;
  
• Excellent knowledge and skills required on: Helicopter-view, negotiation skills, result driven, advanced problem-solving capabilities;
• Excellent organisational, coaching and communication skills;
• Fluent in the English language.
