Job description

We are looking for a strategic Manager Marketing & Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team and drive business growth.


As our Manager Marketing & Business Intelligence, you will be a member of our management team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our future. With your strategic vision and strong leadership skills, you will lead our marketing team to new heights. You will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated marketing strategy that aligns perfectly with our development objectives. Additionally, you will be the driving force behind our change capability, ensuring that we remain agile in a dynamic market.


Furthermore, you will:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and plans.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Build and lead a high-performance marketing team.
  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Enhance our brand awareness and reputation.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and other departments.

Job requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the ingredients industry.
  • A proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch preferred, additional as German and French are a plus.
  • Experience leading and motivating teams.
  • A deep understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.


What we offer:

  • Attractive total remuneration package

  • Year-end bonus of 8.33%.
