Program Manager Plant Based Analogues


What will you be doing?

As Program Manager Plant Based Analogues at Cosun, you will play a pivotal role in developing, leading, and enhancing our Plant Based Analogue strategy. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) within the Corporate Invention department, you will oversee and coordinate various initiatives related to the development and implementation of plant-based alternatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of Plant Based Vision: Translate the vision into a comprehensive strategy and program with concrete projects and actions, combining technology and market opportunities.
  • Program Management: Plan and manage project deliveries within your area of expertise, ensuring intended outcomes are achieved and timelines are met.
  • Direction: Keep stakeholders informed and aligned, explaining the relationship to the broader organizational context and motivating team members.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with projects, implementing solutions when necessary.
  • Project Governance: Clarify roles and responsibilities within the project team and ensure compliance with the organization's program management structures and processes.

Vereisten

What do you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, for example, food technology or chemical technology;
  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in the food industry and in the field of Plant Based Ingredients;
  • Knowledge and proven track records of applications in the meat/fish replacements;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and align efforts with overall strategy;
  • Experience in stakeholder management and project governance.


What do you get in return?

  • A salary between €5.500 and €7.900 gross per month based on a 40-hour working week (classification depending on knowledge and experience).
  • Excellent pension scheme with very low employee contribution (and therefore a nice gross net ratio);
  • End-of-year bonus of 8.33%;
  • 25 holidays (based on a 40-hour working week) and 23 ADV-days which you can take or (partially) pay out;

Het eerste gesprek

Wat goed je bent nog in de procedure! Tijdens dit gesprek gaan we nog wat dieper op de zaken in. Daarnaast willen ook deze personen je nog wat beter leren kennen, zodat we zeker weten dat we een mooie match hebben.
