Area Sales Manager

Duynie is a supplier of moist animal feed for cattle and pig farming in throughout Europe. We are currently entering the Swedish market and we are looking for a Sales Manager Feed who recognizes himself in the values commercial, no-nonsense and go-getter.

Sales Manager Feed

(Sweden / Denmark, fulltime)

What will you do?
Together with a team of skilled colleagues, you as a Sales Manager Feed are responsible for the sale of moist animal feed to farmers. With your passion for sales and knowledge of our product, you act as a sparring partner for your customers. You will advise them on the use and applications of our circular feed so that they can achieve their goals. You know how to bind (new) customers to us and build a sustainable relationship with them. You record the progress and developments in this regard in our system. Our products are co-products from food and ethanol production companies. As a result, our business operations are supply-driven and not demand-driven. This requires a completely different way of selling, which makes this position dynamic and challenging.

In this role you will be the first Duynie employee in Sweden (you will have backup from our international colleagues). Therefore, we are looking for a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset who is willing to take the extra step.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
• Knowledge of and/or strong affinity with the feed/agricultural sector;
• Experience with feed or a nutritional background is a plus;
• You have a no-nonsense mentality and have good communication skills and a commercial trading spirit;
• You are interested in developments within the feed/agricultural sector;
• You are inventive, proactive and do not get stressed easily;
• You are proficient in the Swedish and English language, both spoken and written. German or Danish are a plus;
• You have a driving license.
