Wie zijn wij?

Sensus produceert en verkoopt de innovatieve ingrediënten inuline en oligofructose. Deze ingrediënten zijn van nature aanwezig in cichoreiwortelen. Inuline en oligofructose zijn prebiotische voedingsvezels die worden toegepast aan voedings- en drankproducten voor onder ander vezelverrijking, suiker- en/of vetvervanging of textuureigenschappen. Het is wetenschappelijk bewezen dat deze voedingsvezels eigenschappen hebben die gunstig zijn voor de menselijke gezondheid. Zo bevorderen ze onder andere de darmgezondheid.

Inuline en oligofructose worden bijvoorbeeld verwerkt in voedingsproducten zoals brood, yoghurt, ontbijtgranen, mueslirepen, babyvoeding, snoepgoed, ijs en chocola.

We believe in chicory inulin to contribute to consumer health. Because consumers will increasingly adopt healthier lifestyles and make better food choices with ingredients from natural origin. These healthier food products will be even more successful if they taste great.

Het hoofdkantoor van Sensus is gelegen in Roosendaal. Sensus kent een productielocatie in Roosendaal en één in Zwolle.

Vanuit onze sales kantoren in Roosendaal (NL), New Jersey (USA) en Kuala Lumpur (MY) bedienen wij de wereldwijde markt. In samenwerking met business partners verkopen wij in meer dan 50 landen.
